Guarantee Product Maintenance Policy

 

 

Dear customer:Thank you for choosing our intelligent toilet! The after-sales service of SEEWIN smart toilet products is strictly based on the "the People's Republic of China Consumer Rights Protection Law" and the "the People's Republic of China Product Quality Law" to implement after-sales three guarantees of service. When there is a problem in use, please simply exclude and check according to the user manual. When you are unable to exclude, please contact your local dealer or call the official 400 service hotline or apply for repair online.

 

1. Warranty period

Warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, when this product fails, the user can call the toll-free service hotline (400-006-7818) for repair or apply for after-sales service online with the electronic warranty card or valid invoice, pay attention to the public number of SEEWIN Sanitary Ware, click on the service reservation for repair, and check the cause of the failure through SEEWIN After-sales Service Center, and can enjoy on-site repair service free of charge.

 

2. Precautions for warranty card:

Scan code to fill in the contents of the electronic warranty card, please fill in the complete, and submit, in order to enjoy the warranty rights and interests;

Electronic warranty card and invoice is an important proof to enjoy the warranty. If the product fails during the warranty period, please show the electronic warranty card or invoice when the dealer or the company's after-sales service personnel come to repair;

The electronic warranty card is not registered and does not enjoy the warranty rights and interests;

After the user can activate the registration normally, the company will postpone the validity period of the rights and interests based on the factory date, and still enjoy the warranty service.

 

3. Provisions on free maintenance

During the warranty period, in accordance with the instructions, precautions and other contents of the normal use of the fault, the company will be free maintenance.

 

4. The following situations do not belong to the scope of free repair service and need to be repaired.

Beyond the warranty period;

Failure to produce a matching purchase record or valid invoice;

Failure or damage caused by transportation, collision, etc. after purchase;

During the warranty period, product failure or damage caused by abnormal use, human factors or natural disasters, such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or environmental pollution, etc;

Due to the user's reasons or responsibilities, the product is broken down, modified or repaired by itself;

Failure or damage caused by violation of maintenance regulations during use, such as failure to use detergent according to maintenance requirements or improper wiping and maintenance methods;

Consumables (such as seal rings, filters) or products are malfunctioning or damaged due to sand, impurities, etc;

According to customer requirements for secondary transfer.

When the products beyond the warranty period need to be repaired and guaranteed, the door-to-door fee, labor fee and material fee shall be charged as appropriate.

The ※ filter is a consumable, it is recommended to replace it every 6 months and is not covered by the warranty
